ACORN Atmosphere Site Definition

Use this form to set up and define an ACORN atmosphere site for your campus.

Atmosphere monitoring stations provide weather data about conditions at or near ACORN project restoration sites. Measurements will monitor atmospheric temperature, precipitation, and pH of precipitation. Over time, the data collected helps to inform projects and scientists about changing climate conditions at a specific location. All ACORN programs should monitor weather conditions to help teachers and students make informed decisions based on observations and trends.
