Waystation Site Definition

Waystation Site Definition (ACORN)

Use this form to set up and define an ACORN waystation site for your campus.

To set up a waystation, you must have a habitat restoration zone area of at least nine square meters (9m2) available. Within a waystation, you will be applying land cover, and soil characterization protocols. For prairies or woodlands, you will also be able to apply soil moisture protocols, and green up/down if trees are present. Additionally, you will be recording atmospheric data simultaneously to reveal patterns in earth and life systems.
